ALEXA STOP! - talking technology

Alexa STOP!: a podcast discussing how technology is changing our lives, joined every month by a special guest from the industry. Another clever part? It's put together by two tech CEOs.

Back in 2017, Manifesto’s Jim Bowes and Wirehive’s Robert Belgrave, launched Alexa Stop!, creating a new platform for technology discussion. They are joined by a special guest from the industry in each episode, ditching the techie language to make the latest innovations accessible to anyone with an interest in technology.

Since then, they’ve hosted guests including Hyperloop One’s Nick Earle, to discuss how transport will be reinvented to eliminate the barriers of distance and time; discussed Ethics and AI, How to 'Be More Pirate', talked about online privacy, computational propaganda and even spoken at SXSW about how technology could create a second renaissance.

Having achieved thousands of plays that started with word of mouth and a few social shares alone, the podcast is now being regularly featured in favourite podcast lists and partnerships, including Disruption magazine.
