Matt Stocks is a Birmingham born, London-based DJ, presenter, producer, promoter & podcaster with ten years of industry experience.
He started his career in the music business in 2010, and his first gig was host of the Evening Show on Kerrang! Radio. He produced & presented that show until 2013, when the station closed its Birmingham offices and switched to being an online only station.
In 2012, he was nominated for an Arqiva Award for Best Specialist Presenter, but lost out to Ronnie Wood from The Rolling Stones.
Since leaving Kerrang! Radio, Matt’s worked as a producer & presenter for Team Rock Radio, a presenter for Scuzz TV, a writer for Metal Hammer, Classic Rock, Vive Le Rock & Louder Than War magazine and a touring DJ for the likes of House Of Pain, Flogging Molly, The Bronx, Less Than Jake, Reel Big Fish, Sublime, Steel Panther & Zakk Sabbath.
He’s also promoted & hosted a series of successful Live Q&A shows with the likes of Shaun Ryder, Dom Joly, Dirty Sanchez, The Darkness, Twisted Sister and several others.
