TED partners with Podcast Radio

TED Audio Collective, a collection of podcasts for curious minds, is launching a content partnership deal with Podcast Radio to feature a selection of its most popular podcasts on the station.

Twelve curious, ideas-driven podcasts will be featured on Podcast Radio over the coming weeks covering subjects as diverse as business, self-improvement, travel, design and much more as well as the flagship TED Talks Daily which features a new TED Talk every weekday.

TED Audio Collective is part of TED, a non-profit organisation dedicated to Ideas Worth Spreading.

Gerry Edwards, CEO of Podcast Radio, says: “We’re very pleased and proud to be showcasing prestigious and fascinating TED content which will let our listeners dig deep into today’s most exciting ideas.”

Michelle Quint, Editorial Director for TED Audio Collective, says: “We’re thrilled to partner with Podcast Radio, a station so aligned with TED’s mission of spreading important ideas through audio.”

Podcast Radio is the world’s first station that plays and talks about podcasts 24/7. It launched just over a year ago as an independent platform for discovering and promoting podcasts through digital broadcasting and an online radio-like experience.

In the UK, Podcast Radio broadcasts on radio via DAB in London, Surrey, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow. It can be heard online and via smartspeaker all over the world and has a growing following in the US.

The podcasts to be featured and promoted on Podcast Radio come from the TED Audio Collective.
